Placental Encapsulation (Dried-TCM)- This is the steaming of the placenta, dehydrated, grounded to a powder, and then encapsulated into capsules. The process takes 2 days with a fresh placenta. 1 day to dehydrate it and the second day to encapsulate it. If the placenta is frozen then the process will take 3 days, the first day will be to thaw the placenta.
Placental Encapsulation (Raw Dehydrated) - This is dehydration of the placenta, grounded to powder and then encapsulated. This process takes the same time as the TCM method.
Placental Encapsulation (Raw)- This process is preparing the placenta in capsules but no dehyrdation. The placental will be frozen and cut into small pieces, placed into capsules, and then will go back into the freezer and remain frozen. I've started offering this method after requests have been made.
Placenta Tincture - This process consists of using a thumbnail size piece of the placenta with alcohol. The placenta tincture will be plassed in a dropper bottle. This procedure can take up to 6 weeks to complete.
Mother's Essence - This process consists of using a raw piece of the placenta and steeping it in alcohol. It takes around 12 - 24 hours to complete. Like the tincture it will be placed in a dropper bottle.
Cord Keepsake- This is the process of dehydrating the ubilical cord for a keepsake. The keepsake is made into a heart or spiral shape.
Placenta Prints- The process of using the maternal blood from the placenta and using the placenta as a stamp and putting it on paper. It makes a "Tree of Life".
Babywearing Education and Safety Consultations - I offer a consultation, usually an hour or two long, for babywearing safety and education. We will discuss different types of carriers, go over how to use them, safety concerns, and will be able to try on several different carriers and borrow carriers.
